Traffic Light
One day after getting back from school my dad informed me of a traffic light that had been knocked down. Actually, it was a fairly bad accident that took down 3 lights all together. We waited about a week and when they were still there decided to take a look at them. Well two of them were really messed up; lights cracked, sections broken off. However, there was one that looked to be in good shape, aside from the ice filling it. After thawing it out I connected it up to the wall to see if all the lights worked. To my surprise all the lights lit up just fine.
The red and green lights are the LED lights, but the yellow was just a regular light bulb, that was extremely bright.
I ended up replacing the bulb for the yellow light with a 60 watt bulb, which was still very bright due to the reflector. After seeing that it was fully operational it was time to make it presentable in the house.
